Wtf kind of good looks does this man have to still have control over Amanda?!? This book made me mad because these women are so gullible—but this is a very real story that does happen. I enjoyed piecing things together and watching them actually come together. Good for Ash for not being fooled and sticking to her guns. But seeing Amanda flip on him in their very end was poetic!!

This book was infuriating, but also addicting. It was like a train wreck that I couldn’t look away from. 

I wouldn’t call it a thriller as you figure out what is happening pretty early on- the suspense comes in waiting for the characters to catch up to what we already know. 

I would recommend this book if you’re looking for something fast-paced, but it’s nothing earth shattering. If you are a fan of the Dear John podcast, you would like this.
