Horrific, indeed.

I’m going to agree with some other reviews that chide the lack of follow-up on the ‘Gets. I struggle with knowing so much in the beginning, investing so much in it, only to have it fizzle away in the end. That seemed a little disjointed to me, pardon the pun.

Overall, this book fucked me up.

So this, wow, what a ride. This was definitely the most horrific story I've read/listen to yet. I did find myself weaving in and out of it since I was listening to the audiobook and got a little bored with some of it. However, despite that I must say what a heckin well written story. Very eerie and creepy. Reminds me of the Abyss meets Event Horizon meets Alien.
