Drama, drama, y más drama... Por fin he terminado esta saga, y bajo mi punto de vista (cada uno puede opinar como quiera) desde el primer libro, todo va en decadencia.
Really love to bug but she's not a fan of the ending. I wish the ending was a little bit more like fallable but if I wasn't like paying attention to the years I would have been lost. I got to year 10
I have never read a series where each book gets better and better, until now. This series is beautiful. After all the back and forth between Tessa and Hardin, I couldn’t have written a better ending for them! I wish I could give this book and the series a 6 out of 5. I laughed, cried, and experienced every emotion reading this series! It left a lasting impression on me and provided me with hope for individuals who have experienced loss and hardship like the two of them! Beautifully written!

If you don't know, I HATED the first 3 books in this series, I thought they lacked a coherent plot, I completely despised both Tessa and Hardin and their relationship, and there were so many spelling and grammar errors that I was triggered every two minutes.
After Ever Happy however, improved in all of those aspects. The plot contained more realistic scenarios and problems, rather than Hardin and Tessa just fighting and then sleeping together.
I admired their character development, however there were still a ton of points where I thought that they were both completely abusive and toxic. I don't condone or forgive any of their past actions and how they acted towards one another, but I am glad of the change that occurred. One of the main things that I hated about the two of them was the fact that they slut shamed, and especially in Tessa's case, I hated the repeated comments in which other women were called a slut or whore. Hardin and Tessa then had the audacity to get upset when Tessa was refered to as one -despite having no problem hating on her fellow women herself.
The writing was leaps ahead of the first few books which made the experience slightly more enjoyable.
I can see why people would like this series and I'm glad that I read all of the books to form a complete opinion. I actually only read all four because, when I expressed my hatred for the first book, an Afternator claimed that my opinion wasn't 'valid' because I hadn't read all of the books.
Well I have now love!
Anyways, I'm still not a fan of Hardin or Tessa, and I don't think that their relationship is realistic. I don't want young girls believing that this is the standard of a relationship that is normal, and that it will have a happy-ever-after if they put up with such abuse. The actions of Hardin Scott are not things that I would go back to in a relationship, they're exactly what I'd have my partner arrested for.
Overall, I'd say that this is the best book in the series, as it actually had a memorable plot and character development, but you won't catch me rereading these books or reading anything else by Anna Todd.

The wild ride of the After series is officially over for me. This series is the most dramatic thing that I have ever read, and I could not put it down. The ending of this book provided closure, but it just wasn't what I wanted it to be. The ending was just too rushed, and although I am happy with the ending of the series, I am not happy with the way that the ending came about.
Likes: the drama, the ending itself, the meta parts of Hardin's book, and all of the happy endings for the good characters.
Dislikes: the ending was just too fast for me, I hated the separation between Hardin and Tessa after she moved to NYC.
I wish that the book had taken more time with the ending and had actually gone into how Hardin and Tessa got back together, rather than just giving a brief paragraph overview of a year and then skipping to another few years down the road. I really enjoyed all of the drama of this series and I am truly happy with how Tessa and Hardin are together and have kids in the end, but the last 30 or 50 pages of the book made me feel empty. Overall, the book series is very entertaining and I would recommend to anyone who loves extremely dramatic books and is okay with reading about a relationship that is unhealthy and isn't your typical sappy love story.
