The book itself was ok. The narration was a bit too hokey for me, but I made it through. I think the book was maybe a 2 star, and the narration was of great sound quality, but the voices really made it hard for me to get immersed. However, it made me giggle, so I'm giving 3 stars.

You can absolutely tell this was a series the way things were strangely rushed through, and sometimes also strangely drawn out.

My favourite Krewe book so far!! I absolutely loved it! From the first word to the last! From book one in this trilogy, I have adored the McFadden boys, their books are super interesting with great mysteries and even better characters. Heather Graham definitely saved the best for last, though! Brodie and Dakota aka Kody are the perfect, perfect characters and their romance just made this book so much better. I have absolutely nothing to complain about..wait, no, that's not true. I would like more books about these two, their wedding, them having kids and so on. I want to know it all!!!

I really liked this book. The author did a great job entwining historical information with a current setting, and I loved the paranormal aspect of it. I will definitely be looking for more of this series!
