3.5 stars. I really enjoyed this book. Sandra is a deeply flawed person, and I have an issue with any person who leaves their children. However, she has several redeeming qualities, and I think she and her clients are perfect portrayals of the weird, sometimes contradicting, nature of humans.

I knew going into it that this book was mostly biography. I watched an interview with Sandra and discovered the book. I knew that it was not going to focus on the actual trauma cleaning. That being said I really enjoyed those parts, and would love to learn more.
