Closer to a 2.5, which is unfortunate.

I didn't love this storyline. We get a good, understandable resolution to it that I honestly didn't expect, and the last chapter in particular really brought it together in a good way. The issue, really, is everything prior to it. It felt like an excuse to try and modernize a character that might not need it, and, even if it did? Didn't really accomplish it here.

Wonder Woman is so up and down, it's hard to find a middle ground. Hopefully new New 52 reboot is better.

Again with the boob shots! I swear, there are nearly 3 per page, and they all involve the most improbable body positioning ever. Ugh.

Good conclusion. I like the use of Greek Myth in the story.

Great finish. Have to admit that these 52 costumes are way better and a lot classier than classics.

Collects issue 7 -13 (odyssey)
Odyssey is a part of the original wonder woman run before the reboot with the new 52. It’s a contained storyline so can be read independently from the rest of the run. It gives wonder woman a new background and a new costume.

In this vol the temple that contains all Diana’s sisters has been destroyed by former sisters to the Amazons. Diana is taken into her mind and shown alternative histories as to how she came to be. She then returns to the real world and continues fighting the Morrigain (who were controlling her sisters) in order to save the world and herself from a terrible fate.
This volume seems very confused; lading me to skim read some of it. However I do like Diana’s new uniform, it looks a lot more particle than the traditional knickers and strapless top.
