What happens when the pro hockey star ends up unexpectedly presenting as an omega? He gets saved by Hockey's darling.
From the get go I enjoy how Sinclair eschews the "typical" pack dynamics we see in the omegaverse by having 2 omegas in the one pack. Add to this she provides us with characters who have to work in order to form and maintain their pack and don't just fall into everything perfectly formed, He's So Slick is a cute, easy, romcomesque read. The epilogue is also beyond adorable. The only downside I would note is I would have liked some more backstory dyamics to the charcaters. Although we see bits of West and Nash as a whole the others are a bit unknown.

Pretty bad. I don’t mind insta love but these characters were talking about forever after less than a conversation. Plus there was virtually no character development. Got about 70% through before it got unbearable and then sped through the rest.

west and nash gave me the BIGGEST ICK
from chapter 1 i knew!! i wasnt gonna like west (and nash lets be real) because of how she behaves on paper. she wasnt even fun messy, just boring! she was also annoying and thats the cardinal sin of fiction
not west highkey cheating on her new pack, like the fact that she didnt tell em that she was interested in other people and just kisses random people was so gross
also nash had bad vibes, like he was an asshole and he didnt grovel enough
ziggy was useless as a character, why add him
no chemistry no development just smut and subpar vibesss
u can also tell the author doesnt know shit about hockey when nash just "walks" up to the seats mid game like i dont even watch hockey and I!! know that theres literally a barrier what the fuck

Really liked this OW!
Ending was a little bit rushed tho. I really wanted to spend more time with the characters ☺️
Can't wait for the next book in this series.
