*Strangled choking noised*
They’re so cute I think I threw up 40 lbs of glucose syrup that somehow manifested from the sheer sweetness of the characters.
Dani. Omg. DANIKA “DANI” BROWN. She is so fine. She is so funny and omg she is so unapologetically horny. And her and Zaf together is such a fun dynamic. She’s the unconventional unromantic academic type and Raf is this mildly brooding but secretly a huge romantic type. They just fit.
The character’s are written like people. Their dynamics, the teasing, the bonds, etc its all so perfect.
Talia Hibbert has a way to write these characters in a way that is both hilarious and multi-dimensional. She writes thoughts like they are actual thoughts and not just words.
2/3 in the Brown Sister’s Trilogy. Up next is Chloe Brown.

Talia Hibbert celebrates diversity without pandering, which is so rare these days. Her Brown Sisters trilogy is witty and bold, sexy and charming. The perfect romance to pull me out of my reading slump.
