I read this because it was so highly recommended. It was a fine read and I like the main character. The ending was fairly predictable. It was a fine read, not particularly exciting.

I devoured this book because I NEEDED to know the ending. A couple years later, I still have fond memories but wouldn’t list it as a fave.

Everybody was so hype about this book and it’s lowkey a little overrated

It took me a bit to get into it, but the end did have me hooked!
Very descriptive (sometimes maybe too descriptive)

This book was unexpectedly my favorite book I read this year. The way this was written had me reeling the rest of it in so fast. I fell so deeply in love with the characters Kya, Tate, Jumpin & even Jodie. I went from wanting to hug Kya and keep her safe, to relating to her and maybe even fearing her a little bit. I gotta see the movie now.

This might be my favorite book I've ever read. A beautiful look at one's inner dialogue, loneliness, perseverance and our connection to Mother Earth. Loved every page of this book, and would recommend to anyone. Especially women who might feel a little lost in life. Thank you, Delia Owens.
