This book was really good, but I realized halfway through that I wanted to spend my free time training dogs instead of learning to write.

Laugh-out-loud funny and hugely relatable to anyone who’s ever written or thought about becoming a writer.

I am a writer with four books published by publishers. This book helped me immensely. She offers several techniques that enable one to sit down and write, one "bird" at a time. Instead of stressing out over all the work to be done, she enables you to focus on one small segment, and write that. I highly recommend this volume. Very funny, too.
