This was the only Lover's Landing Novella, besides Kiersten Modglin's story, that I did enjoy. I think my biggest issue is that I'm just not a fan of novellas - they are too rushed and I don't get to know enough about the characters before they are meeting, in love, and then married all in a few chapters. This book was a bit longer than some others in the series which also probably played a roll in why I enjoyed it as well. The story itself wasn't the best love story that I have read but it held my interest, especially because Mac was pulling on Noah's heartstrings as only a child can.

Love wins

When you have to choose between a life long dream and true love which would you choose? Loved this story!

I thought was super cute novella! I loved the characters and all. Mac is adorable and kinda stole the show for me with all her cuteness. I mean she can probably steal and get anyone she wants wrapped qround her fingers. Beau and Noah.... sigh oh these two. Im so glad they found their happy ending. Im so happy Beau decided to stop being stubborn to her feelings. Gah i might just have to try to catch the other few books in this little town series.

Good and interesting read. I liked the plot and the pace that it moved. I am sure others will enjoy it too. I think the characters were believable and it was easy to understand their points of view. I would probably read another book by this author.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The best one in this series. I absolutely loved this one. There was just something so sweet and lovable about this. I absolutely love little Mac and her dinosaurs. All he wanted was to sell the bed and breakfast to get his dream a tattoo shop. Little does he know that is all going to change because of Love,Georgia. I really am beginning to think there is something in the coffee. Highly recommend this one.

And this author has done it again with another awesome book. I could have read this in one sitting but I had to put it down and do school pick up and didn't get to finish it until this morning. This is the first book I have read in this new series. Fifty Fifty is an Enemies to Lovers story and is Noah and Beau's story.

Noah is a tattoo artist who finds out unexpectedly that he is a partner with a mysterious Beau for a B+B. He was left this partnership from his late grandfather Jay. He didn't know he had a grandfather until the day he got a call that he was in his will because his grandfather passed away. When something comes up and Noah needs to make an unexpected trip to Love GA about this partnership and B+B, Noah is met with a surprise he did not expect. The happy ending at the end was phenomenal. Of course Harry and Betty put something in the coffee at Lover's landing coffee shop.

I have to say I didn’t like Noah at the beginning and while I started to warm up to him I could just feel something bad coming soon and it had to do with him.

I received an advance copy of this book. I am voluntarily giving my honest review, and I plan to buy this book when it becomes available.

Fifty-Fifty is a new novella by one of my fave's Kelsie Rae. She delivers a warm cup of romantic goodness in this new world. Lover's Landing is an anthology novella series about a fictional town called Love, GA. The series consist of 8 novellas by 8 different authors.

In Fifty/Fifty Kelsie introduces us to Noah who is left a bed and breakfast in Love GA by his grandfather. Noah is in need of money and immediately wants to sell the B&B. The catch is half of it is owned by Beau, a single parent living and running the B&B.

Kelsie sets up this enemies to lovers story perfectly as Noah races to Love, GA to claim what he believes is his only to run into the stubborn, tough as nails Beau. Their clash and eventual meeting of the hearts is delivered with all the feels I've come to expect from Kelsie as this story will have you wishing Love GA existed for real.

A single mother is left a bed and breakfast from the man that took her in when she had nobody, too bad she shares half of it with his estranged grandson. Noah needs to sell it to get money for an investment in his lifelong dream. The more time he spends with he spends with Beau and her daughter, he re-evaluates what really matters in life. I loved this story from start to finish, and will definitely be reading this one again in the future!
