DNF

I couldnt even get into 50 pages. It was too boring, and thrust into action, without any backstory or build up or anything. I was too confused and just not even feeling it.

This was such a unique concept to read. The characters, the abilities, the plot, it was all beautiful.

This book is seriously underrated It has a unique premise; the four Seasons, Mother Earth, and Father Time are personified. Each waning Season is killed by the upcoming one, a cycle that never ends. Forbidden from being together, Jack, a Winter, and Fleur, a Spring, fall in love and devise a plan to be with one another that throws everything into chaos.

Wow. So much computer/energy science talk. Nothing grabbed me right away. I have no context for Jack and Fleur’s relationship. Bored.
