4.13 AVERAGE

Whilst I have a few minor gripes (mainly that a few characters were hard to tell apart from the pictures) I feel like I can’t give it less than a 5*.

I haven’t read a comic since I was about 13 years old and I was shocked at how much I enjoyed it: it was such a different experience from reading. It’s opened me up to the idea of reading a few comics in the very near future.

DID NOT FINISH

Halfway through and I am struggling to be interested. Art style makes the characters all look alike.

The ideas here are as important and significant as ever. The story itself meanders and drags in places. I should probably read it again.

I loved this book? Graphic Novel? Comic Collection? Honestly it’s my first comic I’ve ever touched solely because I recognized the mask from the numerous Anonymous twitter accounts and wanted to see what inspired the page to use it as their own symbol. So I picked it up without any other idea for what to expect and it did not disappoint! The gritty art style plus the amazing writing, setting, plot, and the overall mystery was so beautifully captivating. I love the idea behind V and their story has a great and thought provoking ending and how empowering this story felt. I think everyone should read this book it’s truly amazing I’ve gotta find more of Alan Moore’s work I see that he’s written some of the best comics so I’m pretty excited about that!
