I loved the first half of this one. The second half felt a little fast and it ended kinda abruptly. The Kink Camp concept is super fun and relatively true to (at least my experiences of) Kink events!

Until about 50%, I was convinced this had been mismarked as romance instead of erotica. Don't get me wrong -- this is top-tier smut, inclusive of any kink that someone could have and unapologetic about it. The small sliver of plot we get in the second half pulled it just over the line into romance ... but I still feel cheated out of what could be a solid 350-page offering that keeps the kink and builds out the lives and relationships. There is a bonus epilogue that could have been the actual book epilogue if the time between the end and the book epilogue had been fleshed out.

Interesting and quite liberating as a smutty book (hence the 4*), but I felt that the ending was rushed (wc is also why I'm contemplatin in giving this a 3.75* instead). I actually expected that the cafeteria(?) scene at the end was only at around 70-80% mark of the book, but apparently not. The epilogue kinda made me want to read the next book since they made it seem like the "gang" will do something to help out the 2nd MMC.
