Written from Jen’s POV. Characters are in depth and realistic, particularly Jen and Kelly. The plot is intriguing and well told. I did twig part of the plot twist in the first few chapters. Whether this was Ms McAllister tipping her hand or a bit of specialised knowledge on my part I’m not sure. I didn’t catch on to the whole twist until the very satisfying ending.

You do have to suspend disbelief as far as hysterical strength causing a time warp. To read Jen’s journey is  worth it.

I loved this book. There were so many plot twists and each time I was gasping out loud.

I was surprised how much I liked this book as a random thriller pick-up.  The concept of the time-travel was interesting and served to draw the pace of the plot along really well. I also liked the that Jen was not your typical female thriller protagonist (i.e. she did not drink too much wine and forget what she saw/question her reality. She made smart, informed decisions throughout). Some of the twists were predictable but there were so many I didn't see them all coming (though they all made sense and none seemed to come out of the blue for no reason) and that was great.
