The more I read of this series the more I fall in love with this series, each book is amazing in it our heartbreaking way. Learning more about Des past and see everything he went through and how he became king, then to find out that he has a soulmate, and spent years looking for her, and when he finally finds her he wants her to want him for her own and not force her to be his mate. I just want a Des. My heart

I absolutely loved the fact that this book was in Desmond’s point of view and we finally got a chance to understand who he was/is before and after meeting Callie. I have loved the entire series thus far, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations.

One of my favorite novellas. This is the backstory of the Bargainer and how he became the Bargainer. I'm so glad I didn't skip this book, because I almost did.
