Looking for a novella to fulfill a challenge and having just finished the original trilogy, this seemed like a fun read and it was! A little hazy and hard to understand concretely, but I think that was probably the intention. Fun couple hour read!

Would have been 5 stars if I would have read the original trilogy more recently.

It's been so long since I've read the original Mistborn trilogy. I think I would have liked this even better if I had read those books more recently and could remember more. As is, I still really enjoyed it because the writing is great.

An interesting Novella following one of Mistborn's greatest characters. While not totally satisfying, it's worth a read for people who like the series.
