A fun and entertaining book. Second in the series. I read it before book one and found I could follow along easily enough
fast-paced

Super cute. Funny story that also shows how friends stick up for each other.

We had to stop reading. When the kids left the hospital to investigate the big sea monster the anxiety was triggered and then everything leading up to looking for the leprechaun as a solution just was too much for us. We really want to read the series though - so we might come back to it after we read the last three Captain Underpants books - we couldn't get past the 6th grade bullies. So much tension in books!

This book was GREAT! I would recommend it to anyone with a 7-11 year old. Also a quick read for parents. A tale of two kids who get the chance to be apprentices at a "worm hospital" which is actually an imaginary creature veterinary hospital. They meet a leprechaun, clip sasquatch toenails, and cure a lake monster's loneliness. All in a day's work! Great book.

Reading this series with Ben; very fun, and vocabulary and ideas interesting & challenging for him. Can't wait for the next one!
