Let it known.
That ending, rushed.
My text to Jorden: THATS IT?
If I was rating the book solely on the ending… -100.

This book awakened something in me that I didn't realize was there. Some of the scenes were definitely a lot tho; I may have skipped 2 or 3 pages.
More graphic than any of the horror books I've read before, but I did enjoy the plot
I just kinda rolled my eyes at the fact that she somehow survived in the end. I feel like it would've been more impactful if she didn't survive and we see how the brothers reacted. (Even though it seems like they would've just unalived themselves).
Also with the "extended epilogue", it was kinda lame that she gave birth to twin boys.

Blake Carlson, Dominic Graves, Zayden Graves.
The plot was ok and the writing was ok. It is very dark and murderful. The twist at the end was the connection between Blake & the Graves. ThatBlake’s mother was Maxim’s mistress, and Maxim was the one who trained the Graves brothers to become hired assassins . The writing was just so-so. There was a lot of telling not showing, which is why I was able to easily blow through 450 pages. I tend to read more lyrical books slowly to savor it. This writing was very basic. The throuple with twin brothers was interesting. It’s cute that Blake ended up having twin boy babies too. Nothing else about the book was cute though. All three are murderous blood-thirsty depraved people, but I knew what I was getting into. Meh.

Almost perfect. Katelyn Taylor is quickly become a must read author for me. Love how her mind works. Something fell a bit flat at the ending for me. Maybe it felt rushed, and too good to be true timing wise. Unanswered questions as to why the boys aren’t allowed a relationship, especially when they were doing everything maxim asked, no questions. But I loved zayden and Dominic, that I never got them mixed up because they were so distinctive , even names weren’t too close. Blake the mfc, was different sort of an outcast with weird eyes and hair, i like that she wasn’t like most other books a perfect female specimen. Would’ve liked more explanation as to why they both saw her and it was over. But I realllllly liked this book.
