The voice of the narrator was full of urgent emotion and vocal fry. The story had promise. I love a time travel story, and a story about women and their connections sounds amazing. But this was confusing, and I found myself not caring very much. There's not enough character development, and the biggest mystery is who's-who? We are not given anything to work with in the beginning, even the protagonist has no idea what's going on, and I got impatient. I hate to give a low rating. Maybe I would have liked this book at a different time, but this was just really boring to me.

This was a solid read. A unique plot with a lot of interesting story elements that keep you fully sucked in. It does become a bit convoluted with the timeline because it’s just so intricate. That said, I’m very impressed with the writing style and loved the book as a whole. I would recommend!

This is one of those books you have to be patient with. The plot took a while to come into motion, but once it did it wasn't to be stopped. Had me frowning quite a bit, but man once those puzzle pieces were put together. Ahhhh.
I loved this book so so much. It left me empty and sad and wanting for more while knowing there *isn't* more.
