Not to make a glib comparison, but I love this for the same reason I love reading Peanuts - comics on childhood from a different decade and context from my own. And god this 1980s comic is bare bones and wholesome. I loved it???? The kid that loves heavy metal??? The chatterbox??? The chapter on jealousy???? It is so all so good.
