This was a new author to me, and I was not sure what I was going into, other than I had it in my library, and I was pleasantly surprised. I am not sure it's a full-on horror book, but an excellent supernatural suspense/thriller.

It is set in Georgia, about a thriller author and his relationship with his estranged dad. (Among other things.) Andrew meets a beautiful stranger at Starbucks, which he visits every Tuesday morning. As a full-time writer, he doesn't have anywhere to be but likes to stick to his schedule. And one morning, he sees the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. Cut to the high-speed romance that she is trying to push on him. And he is most definitely hesitant about it.

It started a bit slow for me, but when it got going, it took off! I truly enjoyed the twists and spooky aspects of it, and I will certainly read more by this author.

This is a new to me author. I loved every minute of it. It was like watching a movie. Paranormal, Supernatural, Suspense, Horror, and a little bit of crazy made for a good read/listen. The ending was unexpected. The narration by Dion Graham was Awesome. Looking forward to more by this author.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It's a supernatural, suspenseful, thriller. It was giving Lifetime Fatal Attraction movie in the beginning, but that was to set up how crazy Mika was, and crazy she was. She was doing way more than boiling rabbits though.

Loved all the supernatural, spiritual and forgiveness themes. The reveal about why Mika thought Andrew was her soul mate was a nice twist. I almost cried at the end with what happened with Carmen, Eric and his dad.

I was yelling at the phone as if I were watching a movie. Most enjoyable Brandon Massey book to date.

I'm still processing how I feel about this story. It was well written but Andrew got on my nerves from the beginning. As soon as that chick said she orchestrated their first meeting would have been the end of our conversation. It's amazing what a pretty face will make some people overlook.
