Honestly, just a lot of fun. Terry Practchett's lingo is a blast. It's actually funny, too. I'll be continuing on with the series.

I found this book at times tough going with jumping between subjects and characters. Understandably for a first novel there's a lot of world to be constructed and as it's not my first Discworld book I just didn't find this as entertaining as others have been.

Laugh-out-loud funny. This was my first Terry Pratchett book and it won't be the last.

I laughed out loud in the beginning, I almost never laugh out loud when I read. This was pretty funny, especially Rincewind and Death. I'll try some of his other (later) books.
