First 2/3 are moody, dark and evocative. Excellent art. The last bit has a bearded sunshine yogi who uses pun magic, what's not to hate love?

A true return to form. I’ve been mixed on Spurrier in the past, but he’s such a good match for John. The art is a bit disjointed. All of the teams are great, but it is a bit jarring going from one to another.

I didn’t understand a single thing from the first arc and the second one wasn’t that special

I normally really like Constantine stories a great deal. This one, however, just didn't grab me like they usually do. I think it might have had something to do with the inconsistent artwork. Some I liked, some I was neutral about, some I just did not care for. The story was a little hard to get into, but I got there. I am hoping for more out of volume 2.
