A very solid thriller! I enjoyed the multiple POVs, especially the way Emily’s chapters often read like a romance and then we’d immediately jump right back into the thriller with the woman in the house’s chapters. I think it made the point that ordinary men can be monsters quite well. The writing was good, the pace was well done, and the end felt mostly satisfying. Great audiobook performance!

I really liked this book. You get the different perspectives of 3 characters which I loved. A gripping story that keeps you on your toes, but also kind of rips your heart out. You feel so much empathy for the MC. I liked how it was written in third person, because you were so involved in her storyline.
