This is one of the best books on Childhood abuse and real ways to help you repair the damage cause and find happiness. I use many things from this book and they are very helpful

A validating resource that helped me name, recognize and connect the dots between some of my own experiences and patterns. At times it was triggering and difficult to get through, but the book also prompted a lot of healthy reflection and things to bring up in therapy.
