Rating this book is hard, because I’d recommend it to someone to read, but I have a lot of gripes with it. This series is what I go to when I’m in a bit of a slump because the fast paced nature of thrillers gets me back into reading. Overall, I’m going to continue reading the series!

I don't know why I keep reading this series. I find every book pretty boring. The story is good but it's slow and could be condensed into fewer books.

3.5 ⭐️’s. Ending was decent but the rest of the book felt uneventful. Can see where it was essential to the plot line of the entire series, but it fell flat as a stand alone story
