È una saga che merita di essere letta? Assolutamente sì.
È una saga con dei difetti? Altrettanto vero.
Ma allora perché merita di essere letta? Per due motivi principali: il primo è la trama, il secondo è che i difetti vanno ad attenuarsi nel corso dei romanzi stessi.

I've always been fascinated in true crime, especially Jack the Ripper and H.H.Holmes. the information and attention to detail is amazing throughout the entire series. That said, while I found the series interesting it wasn't a page turner that I couldn't put down like other books I've read. I guess I'll say it was good and any other true crime fans would definitely enjoy it, but it's definitely a YA book that probably wasn't geared to an older audience.

it's over. after two amazing books to start out the series and two less-than-my-fave books to finish it out, the saga of audrey rose is over. i truly, truly will miss the characters and the world and the all-around badassery that was this series.
however. much like i did with the third book, i spent a lot of this just shaking my head, half a step from losing my mind because while audrey rose developed throughout the series, i can't help but feel that she regressed a lot in the last two books, too.
ask anyone who knows me: i finished this series for creswell. thomas creswell is the book boyfriend. i love him so f-ing much, okay--he's wonderful, amazing, a delight and i'm going to miss him like hell. :(
i think i might just go back and re-read the first and second books a bunch of times. : ) because : D wtf.

This book put me in a slump. Not because it was good.
Book 1 and 2 were super good. Book 3 and 4....a big mess.
I'm super sad about this. Just like book 3, the romance got in the way. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of romance but this was messy. The romance plot for this book was just has bad as the last.
It wouldn't have been so bad if the mystery aspect was good but it wasn't. The romance aspect was so strong that the mystery was kind of just....there. No real clue or mystery to solve.
I'm really sad to give this a 1 star but I really did not enjoy my experience.

ENAMORADÍSIMA. Que manera de finalizar con este caso con el que empezó todo. Me gusta mucho que Audrey Rose y Thomas tengan pensamientos y acciones modernas de manera sutil (y a veces no tan sutil), creo que esta serie se libros te pueden enseñar mucho. La pluma de Kerri Maniscalco nunca decepciona y cómo lleva estos hechos históricos a la historia de Audrey Rose y Thomas Creswell es increíble
Los personajes me encantaron demasiado, amé que Noah volviera a hacer su aparición, me cae muy bien es un lindo<3 Y Thomas ufff ESTOY ENAMORADA X12345678 amo demasiado a todos. Audrey Rose y Thomas Cresswell siempre tendrán una parte de mi corazón<3
