Noioso. Il protagonista è uno dei personaggi più passivi mai letti, non fa letteralmente niente fino a che non lo picchiano, solo allora gli viene in mente che ha una spiegazione per le situazioni in cui si trova. La trama della protagonista è ripetitiva allo sfinimento. Succedono sempre le stesse cose fino alla fine. Inoltre odio il fatto che lui si innamori di lei prima di vederla e che alla fine si mettano insieme.

I really enjoyed this book. It had the sort of plot that I didn't expect to keep me reading but it did. Definitely kept the suspense throughout. This is now one of those books I recommend to people that are one of a kind, 'indie' stories that are extremely wholesome.
I read this book for my Modern Hebrew Lit class (in English, not Hebrew) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The two protagonists are compelling and relatable, foreign readers are given a glimpse into parts of Israel they probably aren't familiar with, and a dog is a central character. Though it started out a bit slowly the pace definitely picks up as you go on. I was up half the night finishing it, it's one of those books you just can't put down. If you haven't read this one you should, it's an exciting read by an author most people over here don't know about.
One of those books where the more you think about it, the more you like it.
My only disappointment with David Grossman, but I guess others loved it. It was made into a film...
