This is the second book in the gentleman bastards series. So I can’t say much about the plot of this book without spoiling anything from the first.
I loved the sea aspects of this book but at some points it definitely felt a lot slower than the first book.
This is definitely a series I’m enjoying and something that I want to continue.

I am well and truly hooked on this series. I loved the first book, and I really enjoyed the second. The only downer for me was that I'm really not a fan of boats or sailing, but it did add to the story fantastically.
