"The radio tripped and waltzed. The car roared. The wind buffeted inside the cab. Blue put her hand on top of Gansey’s and held it, white-knuckled. There wasn’t another soul on the road but them."

"The door cracked open. Adam didn’t want to look, but he did anyway. In the hall stood Richard Campbell Gansey III in his school uniform and overcoat and scarf and gloves, looking like someone from another world. Behind him was Ronan Lynch, his damn tie knotted right for once and his shirt tucked in. Humiliation and joy warred furiously inside Adam. Gansey strode between the pews as Adam’s father stared at him. He went directly to the bench, straight up to the judge. Now that he stood directly beside Adam, not looking at him, Adam could see that he was a little out of breath. Ronan, behind him, was as well. They had run.
For him."

Wow. That is his what anyone would call a good book; oh my god. I'm practically speechless; and cannot cannot cannot wait for Raven King!!!

this book seemed to be written differently than the others. I thought it to be a bit douchier, if that makes sense. otherwise I love this series and don't ever want it to end. omg you guys. also being said, I don't care whatsoever for Adam Parrish let him take Gansey's place in death idgaf

I'm annoyed that I love these characters so much because I really get more frustrated with Stiefvater's writing style with every book. Who's going to tell her that actually finishing the side plots she started might be a good thing? And keeping a somewhat coherent and understandable timeline? Cause I regularly start a new chapter and we suddenly jumped a few days without any indication or explanation, and important things have been skipped. I already DNFed this once and only picked it up again because I got the promise of gays. I probably should have stuck to DNFing it ngl xD I do like the gays though so I'll eventually probably also fight my way through the next book.

Okay so this was by far my favourite one in the series that freaking epilogue. my only complaint is I wish we got more Noah. Everything else was spectacular and I'm ready to read the next one and ugh I just can't wait The character development. the writing everything is so perfect and I'm falling even more for all these characters. Ronan and Adam. Blue and Gansey. Noah oh my I'm just so ready.
