WOW - Awesome book. So well researched and well written. So eye opening too. I knew I was more of an introvert - this book offered great insight into that, and how things we do are just different, not wrong. Great advice on how to work on being extroverted when need be, and great chapter too on raising kids who happen to be introverted. Loved this book.

Think of myself as an introvert, interesting to read the insights and gave me new thoughts and validation on the subject rather than repeating what I already know. Everyone should read this book and it might help open some of their eyes.

Everyone doesn't have to be an "in your face, ready to socialize, life of the party" kind of person. This book was a necessary read for me...
As most other introverts who have or will read this book, I have to start off by saying it was a life affirming experience. Through so many of the examples I could recognize myself... "That's me! And I'm not alone!" ... Very well researched and presented in a clear manner.
A must read if you find yourself mystified by the introverts around you, or even yourself. After reading, I now have a better understanding of what is causing the anxiety I feel in many situations and how I can harness that into something productive and positive without losing myself along the way.

I had higher hopes for this one. Very well researched but it felt like a slog to get through. I'm sure I'm the outlier here.
