I really enjoyed how everything linked together, all because of a cow creamer, and the fact that the cow creamer issue wasn’t even resolved until the end of the book. I really liked the characters of Jeeves, Bertie, and Gussie. And I enjoyed the drama and events of this book

Very funny read. My first Wodehouse book. Its on my Gilmore Girls reading list so I gave it a try. It was entertaining!

Well that took a while.
The first half of this book was hard to get through. While Bertie is a sweetheart, every other character trash, and about half of them are all blackmailing him at the same time. And I dont have a lot of patience for this kind of insufferably shitty characters.
The second half proved quite better tho, with Bertie getting to fight back - sometimes literally. I did appreciate that Bertie was completely innocent in this affair and that about half the ideas to solve it were his, and successful as well.
All in all a frustrating beginning that got better as it went on.

I've never read a story like this before, so it's hard to judge my enjoyment or appreciation of it. It may require a quick reread to fully flesh out my opinion, but it was definitely a fun experience! Very clever humor for sure!

These Wodehouse books are great to listen to while I'm grading final exams.
