Brilliant. Hilarious. I would be a lot less worried about my somewhat flighty memory at times if I had a deus-ex-Jeeves to count on every time I'm "in the soup".

Even without any context from the previous books, and with many phrases that I don’t understand, this book was very funny throughout, and I was surprised at how much I liked the ending. Would read more.

A delightful romp as always!! I do love the cast of characters sm especially Bertie and Jeeves!! Though Bertie was rather hard on women in this one.. oh well he can’t help that he’s gay 🤷‍♀️

Wodehouse certainly knew how to craft a sentence, and assuming he wrote from experience, how to steal a policeman's helmet as well. The story is slightly sophomoric, but the plot is taut, the twists whimsical, and the characters charming to a fault.
