A tense reading, but a lot of chapters were clearly Just fillers and did nothing for the story.

Descriptions of the island were very detailed but, ultimately, too repetitive. Plus I didn’t really grow to root for any of the characters. But the vivid (intense) atmosphere of this book was great!

Me mantuvo enganchadisima. La historia está muy bien descrita, el suspenso, todas las teorías que cree en mi cabeza, la angustia que sentí por Erin, la manera en que la forma de escribir de la autora me hizo empatizar mucho con los sentimientos de Erin al punto que me hizo llorar.
Este es un misterio diferente, sin de esos plot Twist que cambian todo, en parte si pero lo mejor no es el plot Twist sino todo el desarrollo de la historia.

No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la decisión final de Erin aunque en parte la entiendo, me deja una desazón. Después de todo lo que pasó, no aceptar a su hermana. Y también la decisión de Lori de mantenerse en el anonimato.

It was not bad - entertaining and well written. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with how it all panned out!
