Third Times a Charm, Right?
Well in this case third time is not the charm, in fact this one might be my least favorite. I was ready Leinad's story to be over (I was actually sad to see Leinad and Tess go) and was excited to see Cedric do something anything. But no let's do anything other than character and world department.
Cedric feels like a carbon copy of Leinad at first, boy who wants something more than this provincial life. Well he gets his chance to become a Knight if the Prince instead of a knight of knight land Chessington. You would think he signed up to spread love and rainbows and happiness while riding on a unicorn the way he was acting all high and mighty. I don't think the Prince would approve. The whole point of this gig is to to show that they are different but I feel like Cedric is still has the same attitude as before. But I feel like his character was better than Leinad I don't know why.
I also feel like the author tried to squeeze to much into this book, to much content to little space. Again this my least favorite book in this series thus far. Overall it was quick and pretty painless so it gets two stars.
