One of my favorites...reread it more than once...the series is that good! Giselle and Sinclair's story is so romantic. I love the poetic way Giana word's paint pictures so vibrant I can literally 'see' the story playing out in my mind. The descriptions are so detailed, which makes bedroom scenes even more exciting to read.

The Secret begins when two worlds collide and the will they or won't they go for it is the big question. The beginning of this book came with quite a shock and the angst and drama that followed were quite the read. Can't wait to see what happens after that cliffhanger ending!!

Giselle and Daniel

WOW! This was so good. The angst! I know for many people the cheating aspect of it all shadows everything else, but Giana Darling knows how to show that love can be messy, complicated and beautiful…and sometimes it means making sacrifices you never thought you had to make.

ARC was provided by the author for an honest review.

I woke up this morning and SQUEALED when I saw the ARC in my email! I found myself asking, "Do I really need to go to school?"

When I left class I ran home and have been on the couch ever since getting my fix of Sinclair and Elle. This book picks up where the first ends. The first chapter reveals the ULTIMATE problem. I've always turned my nose up at cheaters but Giana Darling has me rethinking that. I absolutely love angsty stories and I can't imagine a more awkward situation for everyone involved.

I do believe that the main characters are given their dose of karma but man I love it! Elle is forced into keeping the secret about her and Sinclair from everyone because it could ruin the relationship she has with the people she has just reunited with. Of course it was great to see Cage and witness his flirty personality.

The second installment to The Evolution of Sin series was even more amazing that the first. It's so well written that I feel like I was going through the same drama Elle was. I know I just received it today but I'm already itching for the next. We are left again at a pivotal moment. I was hoping we would end on a happy not but the way we leave the most epic love triangle ever made my heart drop! Great book, I'd only recommend not reading it in one sitting so that you can prolong this amazing writing.

P.S. Not so secretly hoping for a Cage story too!!

Sinclair(31) and Giselle (24)
Love triangle, cheating, BDSM, book 2 of 3.
I didn’t think I would continue after the first book just because nothing (except a lot of sex) happened in book 1. I ended up downloading the whole series and kind of forcing my way through it.
This book was a teeny bit better than the first one simply because you learn a little more about who Sinclair and Elle are and the plot moves forward (not by much but enough that it helps).
Sinclair got REALLY aggravating in this book because he was such a goddamn hypocrite. He was pissed if Elle was on a date or even talking to another man but until like 75% through the book, he never made any moves to breakup with Elena to be with Elle. And then finally Elle gets the chance to be with him and says no!? These 2 are the worst.
Actually, Elena is the worst. Who kink shames their partner in front of all their family and friends!? She is so spiteful and I just hated her.
You find out why Sinclair felt obligated to stay with her and why it takes months after returning from Mexico to break up.
There’s probably less sex in this book than in the first but I’d say the scenes are spicier so it all evens out. 4🔥

I just love this series. I don't know what the pull is but the messiness of the 2 MC lives just pulls at me.
It's frustrating at times, and I wish Elle would stand up for herself more, but I also think that is why I like it. It feels true to how alot of people are.
The morally grayness is ramped up alot in this one!
