THIS is what I wanted from Conversations with Friends and Exciting Times - a complicated dissection of love triangle throuples. The jealousy, competition, pleasure, and bargaining of it all is so real and overwhelming. It's not knowing what you want or what others want from you.

Half-star deducted because I didn't like Nathan and wished it ended with him getting what he deserved...

liked the first half a lot - last half was weird and lost a lot of the charm in the main characters relationship that i liked
