L'ho comprato ieri; non avevo alcuna aspettativa, ho solo sorriso alla commessa che me lo ha consigliato tutta entusiasta.
Che avrà mai di speciale questo libro? Perché l'ho comprato se nemmeno ho una aspettativa?
Perché? Perché, volete sapere?
Perché questo libro è stato magico. Non trovo altra parola per descriverlo, ma nella sua brevità mi ha catturata e incantata come una vera e propria magia.

This book is whack.

Why is this even set in Japan, I don’t get it? 

If you like the way Murakami writes women, you might like this. Moon white lemon breasts and all sorts of nothing occur in this. 

I for one found it flat, sexist and boring.
