While it was a fascinating analysis of the implications of drone use (morally, financially, and legally), the book was slightly incoherent and repetitive. I began to especially enjoy the book in Chapter 6 (when drug kingpins were related to terrorist leaders and the programs for dealing with them were [equally] ineffective but essentially the exact same) and then began to notice a lot of repetition in the last 3 or 4 chapters (all about the budget of drones).
