The amount of trauma this woman went through… written unbelievably raw and unabashedly real. Not for the faint of heart or mind but exceptionally informative and inspiring.

it was a very raw retelling of how Jennette McCurdy became who she is today and the troubles she faced, i truly had no idea of the eating disorders she endured or the way her mom behaved in her childhood. i think the book's pacing was very good, such a quick read! some parts were more detailed then others but it adds to the honesty that Jennette McCurdy wanted to bring to her memoir.
