The Ivies by Alexa Donne is a gripping and suspenseful thriller that will captivate fans of dark and mysterious stories, particularly those who enjoy themes of mean girls, college, and boarding school, and are looking for a fast-paced and thrilling ride that explores the cutthroat world of elite college admissions.

3.25. Intriguing premise but none of the characters, including Olivia, were sympathetic. I don’t enjoy stories with unreliable narrators. I think I’m done for awhile with books about the cutthroat competition of getting into Ivy League schools.

honestly i think the story could’ve ended in a more interesting way, i was expecting more from this book considering the build up and all the secrets they unveiled in olivia’s investigation. but a lot of the things she found out ended up not being important in the story. i feel like the ending was a little rushed and could’ve been a lot better.
nonetheless still a great book, easy read!
