If you’re looking for something sweet, light and spicy, give this book a go!

Gabriel…this man was obsessed. Save a horse, ride a cowboy🤠 I enjoyed Zara and her sassy attitude too. I do have to say, some of the talk during the spicy scenes made me cringe a little but I think it was mostly due to the way it was read aloud in the audiobook. But aside from that this was a fun and sweet romance.

Zara Petrov, hockey princess, is about to get married. Everything seems to be coming up roses - she even found THE dress on her first try! So, her world comes crumbling down when she arrives home with said dress to find her fiancé in a compromising position on her bed, on her favorite duvet no less! She calls off the wedding and flees NYC to the South. On her first night there (egged on by her friend who lent her the house), she goes to the local bar and meets the most attractive man she's ever seen. The bartender. The attraction is mutual, instant and explosive. And what was supposed to be a one night stand turns into more. She's only going to be there for two weeks. What's the harm in a little fun?
Gabriel is content. He works at the family ranch, has no money problems, owns a bar, has a decent relationship with his ex-wife and has a lovely son. This life is turned upside down when Zara walks into his bar. Then, she sneaks out in the wee hours of the morning. Too bad his cousin calls him to help her friend who is staying at her house and there she is. It was supposed to be two weeks. Until she shows him a stick with two lines. Things just got complicated... or maybe, she was meant for him.
This was a warm, sweet but oh so spicy surprise baby romance that had me hooked from the beginning. It has the perfect balance of swoon and raging fire. You can't not fall for these two and hope that they will find a way to each other.
Narrated dual style by Mia Madison and Aiden Snow. This is my first time listening to Mia and I thoroughly enjoyed her performance. Who better than Aiden Snow to portray the dirty talking, possessive and yet so very tender Gabriel? Amazing audio.
I'm usually not a fan of surprise babies but I really enjoyed this one.
Also, if you have been reading Natasha,  you'll get several cameos here! Fun!
Content notes: accidental pregnancy, cheating (not MCs), car accident with fatalities mentioned briefly in the epilogue

I am such a sucker for these types of relationships 😭😭
She finds out her fiance is cheating on her, goes away to recollect herself, has a thing with a guy while she is there, she moves back but misses him SO MUCH. Then she finds out that she is with child. What will happend to their situationship?

I loved this book but I wished that the pregnancy wasn't mentioned in the blurb as it happedns at the 68% mark of the book, and I think blurbs should summarise the first 15/20% max of a book. But apart from that this book is just another example of how much I love Natasha's writing and stories!!

Thank you to the author agency for providing me with an e-ARC prior to the release.

How is it possible that this series just get's better each and every book Natasha releases!

Zara and Gabriel ... ugh I need my own Gabriel! He's sooo swoony! I think I fell in love with him from the first second Zara met him!

Their story was sweet, steamy and oh so swoony! I really loved both of them and their story. Accidental pregnancy with a single father is just the superior trope!

Meant for Gabriel by Natasha Madison is a heartfelt and captivating romance that blends the charm of the South with the high-stakes drama of unexpected life changes. As part of the spin-off series from Southern Sunrise and This Is Wild, this novel brings together two very different worlds—a hockey princess from the city and a cowboy from the South—in a story about love, heartbreak, and second chances.

The story begins with Zara, a woman whose life takes a sudden and devastating turn when she discovers her fiancé has been unfaithful. In search of a way to escape the pain and chaos, she heads to the South, where she hopes a temporary distraction will help her heal. What starts as a one-night fling with Gabriel, a charming cowboy who runs the family bar, quickly turns into something much more meaningful. Despite their initial agreement that their relationship would be a short-lived, two-week affair, fate has other plans. Two pink lines on a pregnancy test change everything, turning their brief romance into something far more complicated and enduring.

Gabriel is a man who thought he had everything figured out. He has a fulfilling life with his son and is content running the family business. But when Zara walks into his life, everything changes. Her beauty, humor, and undeniable presence capture his heart, even as he tries to keep things casual. Falling in love with her was never part of the plan, but it happens anyway. Letting her go was even harder, especially when she leaves, only to return pregnant with his child.

The story explores the challenges of navigating an unexpected pregnancy and the realities of two people from vastly different backgrounds trying to make a life together. Zara and Gabriel’s journey is filled with emotional ups and downs as they grapple with their feelings for each other and the responsibilities that come with becoming parents. The contrast between Zara’s city life and Gabriel’s southern roots adds depth to their relationship, highlighting the cultural and personal differences they must overcome to be together.

Natasha Madison’s writing is engaging, with a perfect balance of humor, heartache, and romance. The chemistry between Zara and Gabriel is palpable, and their emotional connection grows stronger as they face the challenges of their new reality. The story is also enriched by the presence of Gabriel’s son and the close-knit southern community that supports them both.

Meant for Gabriel is a touching and satisfying read for fans of contemporary romance, particularly those who enjoy stories about unexpected love, family dynamics, and the journey toward a happily ever after. Natasha Madison delivers a tale that is both sweet and steamy, with characters who are easy to root for and a storyline that keeps readers invested from start to finish. Whether you’re a fan of her previous series or new to her work, this book is sure to leave you with a smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart.
