The story includes not only drama between Margo and Alexander due to what Alexander is up as far as his company and Margo's future with her father's company, but some very HEATED moments between the two. Prepare for tension, mean & snarky comments, and lots of playtime in the bedroom with some toys. (or in the case of these two, a very interesting hotel room) That cliffhanger will leave you in a bit of shock. Definitely wasn't prepared for that kind of ending.
I give this book 4 stars and anxiously wait for the next installment. NOTE: ANXIOUSLY wait. =)

I make it a point, that whenever I pick up a book, a new book, I go in without much expectations. When I one-clicked this book, I did it solely on the synopsis. I didn't read any reviews or spared a glance at the rating. This was two weeks back.
I picked up this book today, partly because I was procrastinating and partly because it jumped out to me whenever I checked my Kindle library. When I read the opening few lines... Gosh! I had never been disgusted with a male character so much. But don't worry, if Alexander King made me disgusted with his act in the first chapter he made fall in love with hard and fast as we progressed into the story.
Sometimes, I just need a read that is quick and fun and complete with an alpha male. Naughty King is all these things but it also manages to pack a punch in such a short read.
Alexander King is successful, handsome, a man who gets anything he wants with a snap of his fingers. Inheriting his father's billion dollar company at the age of twenty, needless to say every woman wants him, hoping to tame this wild beast.
Except, he never factored in Margo Buchanan.
Margo isn't King's assistant by choice. She has a reason behind it and it is to save family business.
They both know better than to mix business with pleasure but Alexander pushes Margo's buttons at every opportunity but she can't deny the feelings he evokes in her.
Alexander knows the reason behind Margo's acceptance to work as his assistant and he is sure that he will never let her succeed.
But what happens when feelings get in the way of revenge?
Everything just becomes charged not only sexually but emotionally as well.
Naughty King is such a befitting title to this book. It describes Alexander King to the T.
GAHH!! King is so infuriating when read from Margo's P.O.V but the opportunity to get into Alexander's head that Valentine gave us by making it is dual P.O.V. is just so awesome! I LOVED getting inside his head and getting to know his thoughts in regards to Margo. But that doesn't mean there aren't times you just want to go thorough the screen, grab Alexander by his collars and shake him good for being such an asshole.
The sexual tension is off the charts.
The act itself is H-A-W-T.
Their banter was absolutely amazing! Especially when the story was progressing towards the end.
The story line is predictable but I can not deny how hooked it had gotten. Specifically after Chapter 5.
And OMG! That ending!
HOLY. SHIT!
I am so glad I started this series when all the books are out!

What a fun little sexy read, just perfect after weeks of exams and crazy school works.
Alex was a jerk, and an alpha male that frequently exhibited outrageous behaviors, while Margo was Alex's personal assistant, and the daughter of the company that Alex was trying to takeover. The two shared an intense chemistry, and Alex was constantly trying to get a rise out of the uptight Margo. Then an unexpected business trip would change everything for them. In the beginning of the book Alex and Margo hated each other, then all of the sudden these two finally stopped playing games, and just couldn't wait to tear off each others' clothes. Whew, definitely naughty.
Overall, Naughty King was short, sexy and a funny read, the sexy times wasn't too steamy, the story plot was fairly light nothing too serious, and the book focused mainly on the chemistry between the two leading characters, Alex and Margo.
The ending was a cliffhanger, but I thought was a funny one, and I can't wait to read the next part of the series.

I have read everything Ms Valentine has release, but I am telling you know, Naughty King ups the hotness scale a hundredfold.
Alexander King, the naughty king of Manhattan goes after what he wants.
Margo Buchanan, the feisty princess of Manhattan isn't going to give him what he wants.... or is she.
The games these two are playing with each other, you just know things are going to get messy.
And man oh man, what a mess they do end up in!
This is a sexy, off the charts hot first installment in this series.
Are our King and Princess going to take each other to heaven, or drag each other to hell?
I guess we will have to wait for part 2. And after that ending, we I am impatient for the next installment.

This is such a great story. I am in love with Alexander and Margo. Oh and Yamada..... Just picture Mr Chow from the Hangover. I'm 99% sure that has to be who he is based off of.

Alexander King believes he will best Margo Buchanan, he makes no bones about the fact that she is only in his office as a ploy to prevent a takeover. Alexander is not holding back on what he plans to do to her, Margo isn't going down without a fight though. Neither planned for meddlesome Yamata....
I tried to like this one but really did not like Alexander and wasn't overly fond of Margo. Had some moments that I thought maybe, of course the cliffhanger at the end makes me want to read more. Might try again and see if it was my mood.

Damn! I freaking love this story! I want more, waiting is going to suck! This book is hot, intense and just overall sexy as hell. It's witty and funny and all consuming! And seriously Yamada is freaking HILARIOUS! But damn if I don't swoon for the Naughty King. Seriously hot damn...he's so sexy and possessive, it's SMOKING HOT! I can't wait for the next book!

Holy hotness, Naughty King was a great read with the alpha male, Alexander King, that you don't like at first but want to love. Except Alexander has met his match with Margo, the Feisty Princess, who is willing to do whatever it takes to save her father's business. The sexual tension between these two was off the charts.
Lets not forget Yamada, bitches love Yamada. He pretty much made the story for me. Don't get me wrong, I loved the book, but his character just takes the story to a different level.
This was only the second book I have read by Michelle, Phenomenal X being the first, and was not let down. She truly knows how to write a fantastic book.
