Elle Kayson did not waste a single page in Demon’s Dream! It was worth all 750 pages! I honestly could not put this book down! I will say the book contains explicit content, which is not a typical read for me. HOWEVER, the enemies-to-lovers trope and family drama had me locked in. Looking forward to reading another book by Elle Kayson!

I really enjoy this book. Loved the some of the characters and the story telling really had me on the edge. I wish the epilogue was told by either Dream or Damien to feel their growth as a full couple and parents.

For me Dream was annoying and she should have apologized to him for chapter 92! But continued to bring up what he said.

Also, I wanted more Demon and Smoke. Their banter was hilarious.

But grand papa was my favorite. He kept it so real with everyone.

One of the better books I’ve read this year. It is a beautiful story and very spicy. Absolutely, 100% worth the read.

No wonder this book is big as hell. The details are so drawn out, I forgot what was actually happening in the moment.

Definitely enjoyed the story but not in love with Demon like alot of women are after reading this.  Kinda tired of the virgin good girl falling in love and healing the extra hard bad boy storyline.

This book started out good and the concept intrigued me but as I got deeper and deeper into this massive book I realized that it was too much.

Particularly the senseless killing that we see committed by the ML in this story and some other side characters as well. Now don’t get me wrong , the ML Demon was swoon worthy and he was possessive and he had all the ingredients of what I like in my hero’s but he was just so toxic at times and didn’t really have growth in the story.

I get this is a dark urban romance but he caught how many bodies and some made sense but others were like the author added it in there just to enforce in our minds that Demon was a bad ass and like girl we got it from the other bodies he caught.

And then Dream who was the FL like girl you the fixer and everything of your family but you caved way too easily for Demons antics like show some restraint and resistant girl. Like the back and forth was annoying that I really almost DNFed this tome but I pushed through because?

The plot was vibing and it was crazy and so many things happening that I was like well I made it this far might as well find out what happens. Plus we get other POVs of some interesting characters like Dayana and Smoke that kept me invested.

Another thing that bothered me was just the unrealistic way or quick way that one moment someone is killed and seconds later there’s a joke and a moment where you’re like wait this is weird.

But I made it, it’s over. I can move on
