i finally read this and damn now i’m mad at myself for waiting this long. this was everything. dream brother kept pissing me off he lacked accountability for his actions and i was on they grandad side when he kept saying “stop saving your brother, he needs a good ass whooping” and i was so happy when damien finally beat him up. damien and dream were in love with each other from first sight fr but they kept denying it, i loved how he told her to call him by his real name and would get mad whenever she called him demon. dream kept making me mad when she would say damien ain’t care about her or love her but he was showing her with his actions before he ever truly admitted the words to himself and her. i was so happy when dream and dayana dad met his demise cause he was a horrible father, telling dayana to accept jordan cheating on her and that she had to marry him or be cut off really upset me that shit was so wrong and the way he acted after the wedding and took her back to jordan which could’ve gotten her killed nah he really had to go after that. smoke and demon were some hard ass men but they were definitely simps for dayana and dream and i loved to see it
