I think this book was a lot of fun but at times it could be a little difficult to remember the side characters. I enjoyed a lot of the subplots though.

  I found myself wanting better for Carrie Soto at the end.

I liked how this book was a slightly different take on the fame/celebrity angle and explored what it might be like to be a kid of one of the most famous people in the world. I also enjoyed the nods to other stories. Overall it’s a fun beachy read with family drama and a lot of heart. But if you don’t like multiple perspectives or confrontations/drama I don’t recommend

I really liked the structure! I feel like the climax and ending were pretty rushed. Some character development made sense in a 24 hour period but others didn’t as much. Also, aside from the main character siblings, there were a lot of people to keep straight. I liked the little vignettes of other people’s experiences at the party, but everyone was too forgettable for me to keep track of who was who.

I really loved this. I liked the format of the chapters working through time in the past and present. I loved the characters and their sibling dynamic. I didnt give 5 ⭐ because I thought all the people at the party was too much and I wanted more just about the family. Def gonna read more TJR!!!
