If you’re looking for another fictional hockey boy to obsess over, then pick up this book. I’ve loved Reed’s character since reading Newspaper Nanny and I’ve been looking forward to reading this.

I loved Reed, he’s an alpha, possessive, teddy bear hero. He grew so much in this book. He became such a good ‘dad’ to Evan and they melted my heart, they were so sweet together. Reed and Holland had great chemistry from the beginning. I loved them together. And the spice…so good! I also loved the dynamic between them when it came to Evan, they worked together so naturally.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
fast-paced

this was okay it moved pretty fast which is like fine because it’s short but it still felt like instalove also the baby talking the way he did in this book was so cringe like i know he’s a kid but authors gotta stop writing kids like this man

HOLYYYY SHIT. I absolutely adored this book.
Reed is such an cinnamon roll. God. I love how he was trying his best to be the best father for Evan. And his relationship with Holland was everything and more. I swear u can only dream of it. Such couple goals.
There was no big drama, just what I love. So much temple, shoulder and forehead kisses. I was melting every time.
And his relationship with Emery? So so sweet.
Holland is so hot. The fact that she was crushing or Reed for such a long time- relatable.
Evan is such a cutie. If I ever have kids I want one like him.
They all seriously have my heart. This book was such a fun read.
