This book was perfectly fine. There is a lot of spice which I would have appreciated if I was feeling the couple sadly I wasn’t. I never really got into them as individuals and they were worse as an unbelievable couple. They instantly go from lust to love and it’s just too random and unbelievable. The worst thing about this book is that it’s a completely unnecessary duet. There is a single sub story that doesn’t get resolved it should have been or it shouldn’t have existed at all. Now I am stuck reading the extremely unnecessary second book which is at least 90% them having sex because there isn’t really a plot or it’s so incredibly weak of a plot the author had to fill the book with sex scenes to make it a full length book. I am horrible at DNF’ing but really trying here because I am certainly not enjoying it.

I really enjoyed this book. I felt how the characters changed and grew to love each other. I felt that the writing was great and there was a lot more to this story that I enjoyed.
I lost brain cells and if I ever read the word “cream” in that context ever again I will lay down on the train tracks
