Absolutely loved!! Great spice! The story is pretty basic for a mafia romance but it didn’t feel dull at all. I was glued to this until the very end. Excited for the next book!

Alana is sold to Alejandro under the assumption that she is helping her father stay out of jail. Alejandro wants nothing to do with love or a relationship and sees his marriage as nothing more than a business deal. As the two live together and learn more about each other they find themselves uncovering more than they bargained for.

I enjoyed Alana and Alejandro. Their relationship felt very superficial at first since it was based purely on lust and their assumptions of each other and not facts. As their story progressed I enjoyed the way their relationship changed and evolved. Seeing Alana prove Alejandro wrong over and over again was the best. The spice was 🥵. I hated how poorly Alejandro treated Alana at first but I think some of that was based on his initial assumptions of Alana.

As always, check for TW’s and happy reading!

Listen, the smut was decent, but the translations were HORRIBLE.

No man in right mind would dare refer to a woman’s lady bits as A CLAM in Spanish. Absolutely not.
